Job Description
About Fluxicart
Fluxicart is a white-label multi-tenant marketplace platform that empowers merchants to create their own fully customized online stores (themes, domains, branding) while operating under a centralized platform that manages payments, deliveries, commissions, and administrative dashboards.
We are building the "Shopify + iFood + Production System" for the European market, starting with Portugal and expanding to Ireland, the UK, and beyond.
Our stack is modern and ambitious:
- Current: Next.js 15 (App Router) + React 19 + TypeScript + Prisma + SQLite/PostgreSQL
- Future: Migrating to microservices with Rust (Axum) + gRPC + NATS + Redis
- Design: shadcn/ui (Radix UI) + TailwindCSS + custom design system
We are backed by a clear product vision, an active user base, and a roadmap that includes international expansion, WebSocket real-time features, and high-performance Rust microservices.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of the Fluxicart platform. You will design experiences for seven different user personas (Admin, Client, Fluxer, Accountant, Staff, Consumer, Rider) across three applications (Web Dashboard, Storefront, Rider Mobile App).
In this role, you will:
- Own the design system — build and maintain our shadcn/ui-based design system
- Design complex B2B interfaces — dashboards, data tables, forms, and workflows
- Create delightful consumer experiences — storefronts, checkout, order tracking
- Design mobile-first experiences for the Fluxiway rider app (React Native)
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship high-quality features
- Conduct user research and usability testing with real customers
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma
- Leverage AI design tools (MCP AI, Figma AI) to accelerate workflows
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) across all interfaces
- Build component libraries that engineers can implement with shadcn/ui
- Define and document design patterns and interaction guidelines
You'll have a direct impact on the product and the company's growth — we're a flat team where designers ship fast, learn continuously, and shape the product roadmap.
